Update on change

As of this morning, here are my body stats after one week:

Weight:  150 lbs (-2 lbs)
Chest: 37" (-1")
Waist: 31" (-1")
Hips: 38.5" (-.5")
Thighs: 23.25" (-.75")
Calves:  14" (same)

Approximate body fat: 27.5% (-.5%)
41.3 lbs fat
108.7 lean (muscle, bone, body water)

It's not surprising I dropped a few inches the first week - when I start to eat better and exercise I lose a bit of bloat right away.  My body also responds quite well to exercise...you'd think I would be more inclined to keep it up.  My food is certainly not 100% healthy, but I drink far less soda and fast food than I was which is making a huge difference both in my body and my wallet.

I can feel and see differences that I'm sure aren't visible to anyone else, but I know every inch of my body.  I am certainly my own worst critic when it comes to areas that need improvement.

Wish me luck for the week to come!

Congratulations! keep running, keep pumping! I am not sure why we don't stick to a healthy plan for life. Maybe because it is so much work. Sometimes I wonder why I am doing all this nobody really cares but then I do Clothes hide a lot when I'm nude and looking in the mirror its like "oh! my God" then back to the Gym one more time.
