I was invited to join Dave and the kids for their Saturday morning ritual of breakfast at IHOP, but I didn't really want to go, as Saturdays and Sundays are my only days of sleeping in. But I knew it would make the kids happy and it was a free Eggs Benedict for me, so I peeled myself out of bed and joined the crew. We had a great time, laughed a lot, and got some amazing balloon animals in the end. I think Brandon now has aspirations to be a balloon animal artist...he could still do that while he is a starter for the Broncos, right?
