Tonight I turned in the hardship paperwork that is needed to try to get my schedule changed to days. First it will be determined if my ordeal qualifies as a hardship, then it will go in front of a panel who will then decide whether or not to give it to me. I will beg and plead if I have to!
I've made it past the first step in my promotion application, which means I get an interview. Yay! That will happen within the next couple of weeks, so I'm not going to stress about it until I have to.
Well, I'm completely out of things to say. What a boring post! I'll do my best to have something worth reading tomorrow...

Don't even stress about it then. Just go in there with your head held high having confidence in yourself. Visualize already have gotten the hardship and the promotion and see yourself successful. That doesn't mean all works out like you would want it perfectly, but being able to visualize yourself as a success taking on whatever speed bump gets in your way. You are really good at what you do and you pretty much have a hardship. And all things happen for a reason so if things don't work out this time don't give up hope. It just means something else around the corner is better for you, a different open door. Don't forget about compensation: for everything that is taken away from us we are given things much more awesome and better than we can ever imagine. It isn't always tit for tat either. Don't let any choices you've made in the past hamper you now. Just move forward best you can and have confidence...you have it deep within you I know. Look at all you've accomplished within the last little bit. And everyone makes choices they regret etc but those choices can end up being good for us if we allow them because they mold us into amazing people if we let them. Be aware though that tough moments involving things from the past or what you are currently experiencing will come up and just be kind to yourself and roll with the punches. It is important to let ourselves feel things, just don't focus on them too much or they have a tendency to drown us (the feelings etc). And always have a plan...things you can do to help you survive those tough times! Keep up the good work and working hard, because we always reap what we sow! Karma will bring it back to you...amazing things for that hard work. Still have fun though! And like one of Rob Schneider's characters said in one of Adam Sandler's movies (vague at best I know): Youuu Cann Doooewww Eeeet!!!!! :D
Ive got my fingers crossed for you, please advise when you get it because if I dont uncross them soon they may be stuck crossed Everyday.
